6 Word Memoirs
During the first week of school, each member of the senior class writes a six-word mantra–a defining quote–on the wall of the Student Center. The mantras remain in place throughout the school year.
Painting the Rock
Each year, seniors leave their mark on Prep by signing their names on the big red rock in the student parking lot. This signing is followed by an ice cream party.
Eleventh grade students took a week-long trip to Pisgah National Forest in North Carolina to build their character and confidence while creating lifelong bonds.
Tenth graders practiced focused breathing during a yoga class on campus.
Ninth grade students participated in an experiential educational program with the goal to develop leadership, increase self-confidence, and enhance communication through trust and team building activities. Our students practiced personal, social and environmental responsibility through the power of shared experience.
128 freshmen had on-campus orientation and learned about the new transitions course.
