Tampa Prep Upper School students had a great First Week with many different activities. Additional First Week photos are available here.

12th Grade

Rollerskating

Twelfth graders skated into their senior year at Prep.

Senior Traditions:

6 Word Memoirs

During the first week of school, each member of the senior class writes a six-word mantra–a defining quote–on the wall of the Student Center. The mantras remain in place throughout the school year.

Painting the Rock

Each year, seniors leave their mark on Prep by signing their names on the big red rock in the student parking lot. This signing is followed by an ice cream party.

11th Grade

Pisgah Trip

Eleventh grade students took a week-long trip to Pisgah National Forest in North Carolina to build their character and confidence while creating lifelong bonds.

10th Grade

Yoga Class

Tenth graders practiced focused breathing during a yoga class on campus.

9th Grade

Overnight to Pathfinders

Ninth grade students participated in an experiential educational program with the goal to develop leadership, increase self-confidence, and enhance communication through trust and team building activities. Our students practiced personal, social and environmental responsibility through the power of shared experience.

128 freshmen had on-campus orientation and learned about the new transitions course.
