After a long day of bowling with lots of ups and downs, the Boys Bowling team battled their way through the loser's bracket to take 2nd place at the District Tournament! The team bowled from about 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. so it was a very long day in the alley. They bowled three full games and approximately 20 Baker Tournament games.
Nevin Hatfield '22 (pictured far left, below) led the team with a 646 series in the qualifiers to help Tampa Prep have a 3rd place seed for the Baker Tournament. This will be the first time the Boy's team will move on to the State Tournament!
Individually, Myka Wenzel '22 also qualified to go to the State Tournament next week. This is especially impressive as it was her first year on the team.
